sometimes we miss the chance for generosity.
There are different reasons: time, energy, or a lack of knowing who or how to help. All of these roadblocks are preventing us from being able to experience the true joy of being generous.
THE BIG GIVE exists to help remove all the hurdles keeping you from being able to help those in need.

PRAY
Pray for the leaders, staff, and volunteers of our partners; for their endurance and encouragement on the difficult days.
JESUS, SHOW ME WHERE I CAN BE MORE GENEROUS. I WANT TO BE AS GENEROUS AS YOU ARE TO ME.
SERVE
This is your opportunity to tap into extraordinary generosity and serve the way Jesus taught us to serve. When you serve with one of our partners, you help them communicate value and dignity to those they serve.
Log Your Serve Hours
When you serve with an organization you help them accomplish more and communicate value and dignity to those they serve. We’d love to celebrate our collective serve impact – log your hours here!
GIVE
LET’S NOT MISS THE CHANCE FOR GENEROSITY!
THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT REASONS WE MISS IT, BUT THE BIG GIVE EXISTS TO HELP REMOVE ALL THE HURDLES KEEPING YOU FROM BEING ABLE TO HELP THOSE IN NEED.
We have completed donations this year, but watch for your opportunity to participate next year!
100% of all donations to The Big Give will be given away and make an incredible impact in our community.
LEARN
SAVE OUR STREETS
Thirty years ago, SOS was founded in Bryan, Texas by JJ Ramirez, former drug dealer and ex-addict, to Rescue, Restore, and Release families from drug and gang-infested environments where poverty, abuse, and violence are a way of life. See more about the impact they are making HERE.
BCS Together
BCS Together partners with the Church and community to tangibly support kids and families in the foster system while advocating to keep the biological family together. They believe that no family should have to go on their journey alone. Hear more about BCS Together HERE.
Eastside Community Church
Holland Grieg, the pastor there, grew his faith and served at Brazos Fellowship during college. ECC is a small church serving the community on the Eastside of Austin, shining the light of Jesus to their neighbors in word and deed. You can see more of the impact they are having HERE.
Community Enhancement Unit - CSPD
This team of officers with the College Station Police Department seek to build these relationships through neighborhood meetings, business partnerships, and community events. Community outreach events such as Breakfast with Blue Santa, an Easter Celebration, Father’s Day Fishing Event, etc. give officers the opportunity to show their love to the community.
Twin City Missions
Serves the community by giving individuals and families (including those experiencing homelessness) an opportunity for hope, acceptance, and stability, in a safe and caring environment.
What does the Bible say about generosity?
We believe God invites us to have a heart of Genuine Generosity.
The Lord calls for us to be generous (1 Timothy 6:18), to help those in need (Matthew 25:40), to give from a gracious heart, without expectation of reward or return (2 Corinthians 9:7). In doing so, we honor God, not only by following His Word but by allowing His love to be clearly shown to those around us (2 Corinthians 9:11).
Everyone matters to God whether God matters to them or not.
SOS Ministries
“Two years ago we launched our Ignite the Next Generation capital campaign, our heart is to make more room for more people. Part of this is to add more space for vocational training so parents can come learn a skill and get their dignity back and see the glory of God come to their families and the Bryan/College Station area.”

BCS Together
“As a parent advocate, Families Count (with BCS Together) has enabled me to walk alongside a mom who has lost custody of her children and remind her God’s promises of forgiveness and restoration. Families Count helps them build healthy relationships and offers fundamental classes that help them move forward with a positive outlook.”

Eastside Community Church
“I learned so much about what it means to follow Jesus in my time there at (Brazos Fellowship) and felt God put a calling on my heart toward church planting and pastoring. Vision at ECC is to Shine the light of Jesus in East Austin, relationships restored, and leaders developed for the glory of God!”
